You’re new to the area – or you’ve been here forever. Any way you slice it, the Raleigh area is just incredible. I’m a little biased because I’ve been here most of my adult life but honestly, it’s a little bigger than me. I mean, look how many people have moved here. In fact, our museums, incredible amount of outdoor activities , and affordable living has lead to an incredible population boom. Buying a house these days can be difficult. But if you’re going to be buying a home, I believe that you will make your best choice by buying in the Triangle. Many large companies are moving here as well, so that not only speaks well of the area, it means that housing will continue to grow. 

From 2010 to 2020, Raleigh grew nearly 38%, making us the fastest growing city in North Carolina.
