Ash took the time to meet with us and understand our family’s needs and always had our best interests at heart. She taught us about the real estate market and ensured we always had the tools and information necessary to make the best decision possible. She went above and beyond in communication, not only with us but with other agents for houses we were interested in. Let me just start with: Ashley, John and their entire team are the best. I cycled through a few calls with realtors (who gave me trust issues lol) before being referred to Ashley. For reference, my husband and I were first time homebuyers and knew essentially *nothing*. And LET ME TELL YOU, I was blown away with Ashley. She's trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable, incredibly connected to the industry, so dang patient (if you only knew how many times we called with questions) and had the best vendor referrals. From the time we first connected until we closed on our house (maybe a year and a half, if not more?), she was there for us every step of the way. And a special shoutout to her team who was so supportive, professional and helpful. 10000/10 recommend.

I have never met Ashley Quinn, but her husband was helping her at one open house. He was openly hostile and mocked me when I asked questions about whether the windows were double paned. When I called Ashley to complain about her husband she told me that they require agents to come to the open house not just the client alone, and she thought it is obvious that most houses have double paned windows after (I forgot what decade). I have never heard of an open house that requires agents to be present, but there is a first time for everything.
