John is our Chief Growth Oficer. Throughout his career and prior to joining Ash’s team, John worked in the area of business growth and business development. John is passionate about people and works hard to connect with clients, agents and prospects in a meaningful way. John has a growth mindset and a servants heart. He puts this dynamic combination to work for every component of our business. John is Ash’s business partner, husband and in every way, her perfect collaborator. 

Cee Cee is our Director of Operations. Cee Cee’s career has allowed her to work in accounting, as well as a catering and a marketing director. She excels in business that is all about systems, schedules and details. Cee Cee is our conductor and keeps the train moving forward, on schedule and gets everything in on time and in perfect working order. As Ash’s sister, Cee Cee  understands and complements Ash in a way that only a sister could

Michele is the Director of Transaction Management. She is Ash’s left hand. She manages the hundreds of details that arise from contract to close. She is relentless in communicating your next steps and makes sure no detail is missed during your transaction. Michele is SUPER compliant and can often be heard saying to Ash, ” You can’t do it that way!” Her favorite saying is “no worries” and it shows in her commitment to getting you through the hairiest part of the transaction.

Abby’s commitment to strive for excellence stems from a humble upbringing and legacy of work ethic. Being raised as the third oldest in an amazing family of nine children has compelled Abby to honor integrity, character, and service. Growing up right outside of Raleigh has allowed her an advantageous familiarity of the area. Having an enduring work ethic often involves sacrifice, but reaps rewards in relationships, productivity, and character. Abby prides herself for the fact that she will come along side of each of her clients as they navigate the fast paced world of real estate and the journey to meet her clients’ goal. Her heart for people is the common thread weaving through her life, and she is  excited to serve each of her clients.

Adam helps take the stress out of the home buying and selling experiences! Adam believes that a good agent can navigate through a complex transaction with minimal stress on the clients. In today’s rapidly changing real estate market, it’s more important that ever to have an industry expert to guide and counsel you to a completed, successful transaction.

Austin was born and raised in North Carolina and spent most of his life in Wake Forest. At 16, he started a landscaping business and has served over 500 clients in the Triangle. Austin takes pride in his attention to detail and that he prioritizes customer satisfaction.
After playing a major role in preparing many homes for the market, Austin became interested in Real Estate. Becoming a Licensed, full-time REALTOR has given him the opportunity to do what he loves; serving people and guiding them through a very important life decision. Regardless of the size of the home, Austin loves to assist clients with their real estate needs!

As a licensed Realtor and Interior Designer with over 20 years of experience in the Home Design industry, Dana brings an extraordinary
level of expertise to serve her clients to the best of her ability. From home staging and maximizing curb appeal, to helping each client navigate a competitive market, Dana provides professional guidance throughout the entire transaction, enabling each client to move on to your next adventure in life! 

Clients are Devee’s priority and real estate is her passion. Devee strives to make every transaction easy and stress free. Attention to detail and organization are two key attributes offered. 

A graduate of Meredith College in Raleigh, Grey majored in Social Work where she excelled in organizational skills, interpersonal relationships, the ability to understand the individual needs of her clients; and most importantly, the value of listening to what others have to say. Grey has been in real estate for more than 20 years and as a people person, her dynamic personality allowed her to forge relationships with a diverse clientele of people who were locals and transplants. As the mother of two beautiful boys, Grey also understands the wants and needs of what our young people are desiring. She has a natural gift for guiding all people through the complexities of buying and selling a property.

Having grown up in Cary Jackie has always considered the Triangle her “home sweet home”. For a number of years she moved away; while living in South Carolina, Virginia and even abroad but she has always been a North Carolina girl at heart! Not only a real estate agent, but Pam has years of experience building, flipping and remodeling homes. Pam loves bringing homes to life and loves to bring the knowledge she’s gained to help her clients make their real estate dreams come true.

Peter’s love of a great home began when he was 5. In kindergarten, his small class of 15 piled into vans and came to draw pictures of the beams, portico, and stairs at his new home. Home was special to him growing up. Peter’s deep love of home and family clung to him and his wife and he started their own family. Once we had children, he finally knew what his parents had experienced as they carefully crafted their home, designed the layout, and had an architect bring their dream to reality. After graduating from Wake Forest in 1995, and playing basketball in the sweet 16, he thought he knew what he wanted to do with his life. Ha. The joke was on him. He invested his early career life in people, pouring into high school kids, pouring into elected officials, and even into the homeless population in Raleigh. Licensed in 2016, Peter came to love real estate immediately, mostly because it centered around one of the most important decisions a person can make in their life. It seemed to fit him, and he sold 7 houses in his first year. Given that he was only working part-time, he felt quite proud. Experience as a minister, a teacher, and a stay-at-home dad had perfectly prepared him for the task of being a trusted advisor to his clients. Peter works with anyone who is willing to fill out paperwork, trust the process, and aim for the stars.

Raquel Foreman comes with over 30 years of customer service, sales, negotiating experience, and is an entrepreneur.
